The idea for this kind of business came from personal experience. I come from a family of doctors—both of my parents dedicated their lives to treating people. My mother was an ophthalmologist, and my father specialized in radiology. Despite the respect their profession commanded, the financial reality for doctors in Poland wasn’t always promising.
During the communist era, doctors earned salaries comparable to those of cleaners or manual laborers. I remember my parents working long hours—taking extra shifts at other hospitals or covering night duties—just to make ends meet. In 1990, shortly after the Polish currency was deregulated, my mother, a doctor with nearly 20 years of experience, was earning the equivalent of $10 a month. No exaggeration.
This had a lasting effect on how my parents viewed money. They weren’t prepared to save or invest and had no clear strategy for the future. But once their financial situation improved and doctor salaries increased significantly, they decided to buy a holiday apartment on the Polish coast.
That’s where the long-term vision began.
Over time, that first investment evolved into something bigger. We eventually created a family-run business that managed several properties and generated stable, passive income. My role was to find and acquire new properties and prepare them for rental.
Soon, relatives and friends—encouraged by our success—started asking me to help them purchase and manage their own investment properties. Through word of mouth alone, I built a portfolio over the past 12 years that continues to generate consistent income for its owners.
Life is full of surprises. After spending a few years in London, I relocated permanently to Valencia in 2020. Once I got to know the local market, I decided to recreate the successful model we built in Poland—this time under the Spanish sun.
Today, I help clients invest in both newly built and resale properties. I assist throughout the entire process: sourcing the property, handling all legal and administrative matters, preparing it for rental, and managing it day to day.
